I. Payment Methods and Billing
If you wish to purchase Products at the Site, you must provide valid credit or debit card information on the Site's order form. We currently accept the following credit or debit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and DISCOVER. By submitting such credit or debit card information, you give Naturenetics permission to charge your purchases to the card that you designate on the order form. We reserve the right to cancel any order, anytime and for any reason. If your credit or debit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, you shall receive a credit to your card account in the amount of the charge. We will not be responsible (i) for any charges that your card issuer may apply to you as a result of our processing your order, (ii) if your card issuer refuses or fails to authorize payment by you, or (iii) for any delays or non-delivery of Products that may arise due to any validation checks that may be carried out regarding your payment or identification.
II. Subscriptions and Recurring Payments (Subscribe & Save)
For the convenience of our customers to save time and money, we also offer a subscription program, labeled "Subscribe & Save", that allows you to purchase select products at a discount of 15% off the current "one-time" purchase prices listed on our website. By default, the "One-time purchase" option is always selected. In order to activate the "Subscribe & Save" option, you must manually select the "Subscribe and Save" option on the product page, set the frequency (ie: deliver every 1 month, 2 months...etc), the quantity per delivery and then add to your cart. Your participation in "Subscribe & Save" will remain in effect until you cancel. We may also terminate your participation in "Subscribe & Save" at any time at our discretion.
Once you are enrolled in the "Subscribe & Save" program, your method of payment is stored and will be used for future shipments as determined by the scheduled frequency you selected. Payments are automatically processed and you will receive order and shipment confirmation by email once they have been processed.
Customers can manage their subscriptions at any time through their Naturenetics account online by selecting the "Manage Subscriptions" link which will take them to their customer portal. Here, you can cancel, pause, modify products, modify your delivery schedule as well as view your past orders. Any modifications, including cancellations, must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled shipping date, which can be viewed in the customer portal. It is your responsibility to notify Naturenetics or update your information in the customer portal when you have a change of address, new billing or payment information, or any other situation that may affect the correct processing of your order or delivery of goods. Naturenetics will not be held liable for orders delivered to the wrong address or any charges by your financial institution for overdraft or other fees associated with our order processing. III. Order Acceptance
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. For your convenience, you will not be charged until your payment method is authorized, the order information is verified for accuracy and your order is shipped. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase; inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information; product or ingredient restrictions mandated by local, state, national or international regulations; or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance group. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit or debit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your card in the amount of the charge.
IV. Order Returns
You may return any item purchased from Naturenetics for any reason within one (1) year (365 days) of purchase. For online, the product ship date is the date of purchase. See our return and refund policy below for more details.
Return & Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned product or through approval from our customer service team. You will receive a full refund (less any shipping fees or special services). You must contact us and obtain a refund authorization number (RA#) before shipping any product back to us or you may not receive a proper refund.

V. Shipping and Handling - International Orders
International shipment rates vary based on total package weight and final destination. Pricing on the Site does not include duties, insurance costs, tariffs, or value-added taxes (VAT), sales taxes or similar taxes. At this time, all international orders are shipped via United States Postal Service or DHL and take approximately 7-21 days for delivery. Free shipping promotions do not apply to international orders.
If you place an order for shipment to an international address, you will be responsible for paying any VAT and other taxes, tariffs, import or export duties, and other similar taxes, duties or fees attributable to such orders. These taxes, duties, and fees, if assessed, are the sole responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed for them by the local Customs office. We suggest you check with your local Customs office for any documents you may need before placing your order.
With respect to shipments of Products to consumers, wherever they may reside, title to Products will be shipped FOB our fulfillment center and all risk of loss shall pass to the buyer immediately upon our delivery of the Products to the common carrier. You are solely responsible for providing us with accurate shipping information and a valid phone number or email address. In the event that any Product is returned to us as a result of your failure to do so, you shall be responsible for any additional shipping fees or other charges that may be applied to the return of the Product to us or in re-sending the Product to you. Please note that refunds will not be issued for any order that is refused or abandoned by the intended recipient, orders that can't be delivered due to an address error, or orders seized by Customs.
VI. Pricing or Typographical Errors
We work hard to provide accurate product and pricing information. However, pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Naturenetics shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. If an item is incorrectly priced, we will either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
VII. Quantity Limits and Items for Resale
Naturenetics reserves the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by the same account, the same credit card, and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We will provide notification to the customer e-mail and/or billing address provided should such limits be applied. Naturenetics also reserves the right to prohibit sales to dealers.
