Naturenetics Sweepstakes - Official Sweepstakes Rules

 

1. The Naturenetics Sweepstakes is open to all individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, who reside permanently in the US. Void where prohibited by law. This contest is void in Rhode Island, and not open to entrants who reside in this state. All federal, state, and local laws/regulations apply.

 

2. To enter: A Sweepstakes entrant must scan the Facebook Messenger code located on the Naturenetics product label(s) he or she purchases, and register their email address. Limit one (1) entry per order. Entries will be valid for subsequent drawings from the time of entry for a maximum of four (4) drawings. Entries submitted after September 20, 2020 will be valid for a fewer number of drawings depending on the time of entry within the Registration Period. A Sweepstakes entrant may also enter by: (a) requesting an official entry form and sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Naturenetics Sweepstakes, Naturenetics, Inc., 5940 S. Rainbow Blvd, Las Vegas, Nevada, 89118; and (b) completing the entry form and mailing it to the address above. Only one mail-in entry will be allowed per month. No purchase is necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

 

3. One winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on or about 12:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time on the 20th day of each calendar month during the contest period, by Naturenetics whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Prizes will be awarded in the form of a Naturenetics gift card which can only be redeemed at www.naturenetics.com. The gift card will be valid for a period of 12 months from its date of delivery to the winner. If the Winner does not claim or use the full amount of the gift card within twelve (12) months of being notified, any remaining credit shall be forfeited and the gift card will no longer be valid. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. Winners need not be present to win. The odds of winning depend upon the number of entries

 

4. The sweepstakes starts at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Standard Time on August 20, 2020 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Standard Time on November 20, 2020. Only official entry forms will be accepted by Naturenetics. No photocopies, reproductions or facsimiles will be allowed. Naturenetics is not responsible for lost, late, mishandled, misdirected, illegible, incomplete or damaged transmissions. All entries must be received by Naturenetics no later than 11:59:59 p.m., Pacific Standard Time on November 20, 2020. Entries become the property of Naturenetics and will not be acknowledged or returned.

 

5. The total value of all prizes is approximately $3,000. Prizes are not transferable and no substitutions are allowed, except by Naturenetics which may, at its discretion, substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value. Taxes and transportation of the prizes are the responsibility of the prize winners. Entrants must meet eligibility requirements. Naturenetics' determinations and decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Participants must be 18 years or older to enter. No information regarding entries or judging will be disclosed. By entering, winners consent to the use of their names and likenesses for publicity and promotional purposes by Naturenetics, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Proof of eligibility and release from liability may be required of the winner(s), and if required, must be received within thirty (30) days after the drawing or the prize will be forfeited.

 

6. Naturenetics shall not be responsible or liable for damages, losses, or injury resulting from entering the sweepstakes or from acceptance or use of any prize. Naturenetics’ aggregate liability in connection with the sweepstakes shall in no event exceed the combined estimated retail value of the prizes, as estimated in these rules. In no event shall may an entrant receive more than one prize. By entering this Sweepstakes participants expressly agree to these rules and the decisions of Naturenetics.

 

7. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Winners will be notified by email within seven (7) days following each month’s drawing. For a list of winners, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Naturenetics Sweepstakes Winners List, Naturenetics, Inc., 5940 S. Rainbow Blvd, Las Vegas, Nevada, 89118.

 

8. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Amazon. Sweepstakes entrants provide their information to Naturenetics Inc. and not to Facebook or Amazon. The information a contestant provides will be used for this Sweepstakes, and to offer and provide our products and services only and will not be shared with any other party outside of Naturenetics Inc.
